LAURA CATANA

Laura Catana is a passionate advocate for independent artists. She embarked on a unique journey which led her to co-found Cuba’s first independent urban music label, Guámpara Music, where she launched her career as an artist manager and discovered her passion for artist development. With a proven track record of success in engaging audiences and driving impactful campaigns, her focus remains on empowering independent musicians and providing them with the resources they need to create their own success. Her outgoing and engaging personality makes her a natural connector who is devoted to making meaningful connections with those around her.

 

Her recent work experience includes spearheading Artist Relations at Miami-based music discovery platform and agency, Tigre Sounds, followed by leading Artist Relations at Tel Aviv based music tech startup IndieFlow. Laura is now thrilled to call Symphonic Distribution home, where she manages a talented cross-cultural team of 3 Social Media + Marketing Coordinators spanning the United States and Colombia.
